'Bangladesh Showcase' at the National Multicultural Festival 2023

Bangladesh Australia Association, Canberra (BAAC) is honoured to present the 'Bangladesh Showcase' at the National Multicultural Festival 2023. The event will highlight the rich cultural heritage of Bangladesh through folk dances, music, songs, and poetry recitations. 

The event details are: 

Date: Saturday, 18 February 2023 from 1:20pm - 3:30pm

BAAC is also organising a food stall at the festival, offering a range of delicious Bangladeshi cuisines, from 10:00am to 10:00pm on Saturday, 18 February 2023 at Stall G24.

To further highlight Bangladeshi culture, members of the Bangladeshi community will participate in the Festival Parade to be held at 3.30 pm on Saturday, 18 February 2023, starting at Theatre Lane  and ending at Glebe Park via London Circuit (Location Map:  https://www.multiculturalfestival.com.au/event-information/maps). The Parade for Bangladesh will be led by the Bangladesh High Commission, Canberra. Community members are requested to participate in the parade in a colourful manner. Bangladeshi traditional music and musical instruments, dances and traditional costumes will be featured during the parade.
